HAMPTON BEACH HOTEL ROOMS
All "inn" rooms have outdoor seating for two, air conditioning, TV, private bath with tub/shower, microwave, mini fridge, sink, small dining table and chairs, complimentary on-site parking for one car, and a heated swimming pool from late May to mid-September.

DELUXE ROOMS
Deluxe rooms feature two queen beds. The kitchenette area has a dining table, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, and sink. These rooms are located on the third floor of our north building; there is no elevator. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 5 people total if there are children in the room. Extra-person charges apply for 3rd and 4th adults.
CHOICE ROOMS
Choice rooms are newly updated and located on the first or second floor of the south building or the second floor of our north building; there are no elevators. These rooms feature vinyl plank floors, one king bed (maximum of two guests) or two queen beds (maximum of four guests; extra charge for 3rd and 4th adult). The kitchenette area has a dining table, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, and sink.
POOL VIEW STUDIOS
Pool-view studios are ideal for those looking for a little extra privacy. These newly redone rooms overlooking the pool are configured with one queen bed in the main room and one double bed located in a small separate bedroom. While no larger than our standard rooms, the layout does offer two separate sleeping areas. Located on the second or third floor; no elevator. Maximum occupancy is four people with an extra charge for the 3rd and 4th adults.
DELUXE PLUS - TWO BEDROOM
Deluxe plus bedroom is a Deluxe room (two queen beds) with an additional attached small bedroom (with a full-size bed and another TV). Located on the third floor; no elevator. The kitchenette area has a dining table, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, and sink. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Extra charge for 5th and 6th adults.
CHOICE PLUS - TWO BEDROOM
Choice Plus Bedroom is a Choice room (two queen beds) with an additional attached small bedroom with a full-size bed and second TV. Located on the second floor; no elevator. The kitchenette area has a dining table, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, and sink. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Extra charge for 5th and 6th adults.
POOL VIEW TWO BEDROOM
Pool View Two Bedroom, Two Bath Suites are redone two bedroom, two bath motel accommodations suited to those looking for some separation of sleeping areas. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, one small bedroom with a double bed, a living room area with a sleep sofa and a kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker), and a second full bath. Located on the second or third floor; no elevator.
