Reservations: 2107 Motel Reservations will be accepted starting on February 1 by email only. Phone reservations begin March 10. Cottage reservations for 2017 will be accepted starting March 10, once all renewals have been processed. Please contact us at email@example.com with questions.
Deposit: All motel reservations require a one night deposit at the time of reservation on bookings of 1–4 nights. Stays of 5 or more nights require a two night deposit. Cottage reservations require a 50% deposit. Balance of payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Cancellations/Changes: Motel reservations may be changed or cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to a $35 administrative fee. Inside of 14 days the deposit is non-refundable and no changes are allowed. Cottage and apartment reservations may be changed or cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival, subject to a $100 fee. Inside of 60 days the deposit is non-refundable and no changes are allowed. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Parking: All of our parking is on-site. We have one designated parking spot per unit. Should you require a spot for additional vehicle we are happy to provide suggestions for local lots that offer overnight parking for a fee, but we cannot guarantee availability.
~All room and cottages rates are subject to the NH Meals and Rooms tax of 9%.
~Minimum check in age is 25, and a major credit card is required.
~For the safety and comfort of everyone, all guests in rooms or at the pool area must be registered guests of the Mainsail. All room and cottage occupancy limits are strictly adhered to , and violation of this policy may result in eviction without refund.
~Up to two children under 16 are free of charge in their parents’ room. Extra children, subject to room occupancy limits, are $10 per night plus tax. Extra adults are $20 per night plus tax.
~Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10 am.
~Pets are not allowed.
~Specific room requests cannot be guaranteed, but we wll try our best to accommodate your wishes.
